The front office staff were helpful in suggesting day trips. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the rooms clean. The hotel also had a nice pool and the breakfast had a good selection.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to the MTR station in Wan Chai. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. They were always available to help and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, offering great comfort and relaxation. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city. We would highly recommend this place for its location, quality service, and luxurious amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location is fantastic, being in the heart of a lively neighborhood and just a short walk from the nearby MTR station. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, making it easy to navigate this city. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop with amazing views. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, both Western and Asian. The staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, always willing to assist us with any queries or requests. It was also great that the hotel was located very close to many office buildings, making it convenient for business travelers.

Great view of HK island. Large, well-designed rooms with comfortable beds. Surprising little touches make for a dream stay. Good location near Pacific Place and Causeway Bay. Convenient access to MTR and trams, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and modern, with spacious and well-designed rooms. the hotel's location was fantastic, being close to the MTR station and within walking distance of many tourist destinations, cafes, restaurants, and markets.

One downside was the bathroom/toilet setup, as there was little separation from the bedroom, which could be uncomfortable for non-couples or those who prefer more noise/air separation. the room service was not up to par, a disappointment for those who needed to eat in due to late work hours.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the subway station. You can easily explore the city as it is within walking distance of the subway. Plus, there is a French bakery across the door, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast or snack. The rooms are lovely and functional, with a great layout and nice touches such as a Nescafe coffee machine and bottled water. The staff is wonderful, always cheery and helpful. The breakfast is faultless with a nice selection of Asian and international options.

The swimming pool is a bit disappointing, as it is smaller than expected and not heated.
